We do our best to arrive at agreed times. If weather or circumstances beyond our control affect a booking, we'll reschedule to the next suitable day and keep you informed.

To carry out work, we need safe access to the areas being serviced. Please let us know about gates, pets, or any hazards in advance so we can complete the job safely.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Any late or missed payment arrangements should be discussed with us directly.

We take care on every job. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Specific insurance or certification details will be confirmed by the business owner where applicable.
